Prep Parties

Let’s work together to prepare a home for a new baby. Organize a prep party to complement or replace a baby shower or sprinkle!

We’ll meet in advance to preselect meals and finalize a fun and functional event agenda to stock your pantry and freezer before birth. We can incorporate elements of celebration like food and beverage for guests to enjoy during the prep party as well as gifts, games and connection.

With 15+ years in event management and a passion for good food with nutrient-rich ingredients, I’d love to help get things organized. Get my support with planning, communications, timelines, shopping lists and more!

Local to the Twin Cities? I can even help in person by preparing supplies and ingredients, offering demonstrations and tutorials, managing craft services, and coordinating your group onsite.

    Get my help with creating shopping lists/grocery order to gather all ingredients + tools required to make the meals. Assemble each mise en place/working station, craft services amounts and display, decor ideas and more.

    15+ years in event management makes me an excellent resource to help you host attendees as they arrive to socialize, snack and sip. This can be in person, or via consult. Get pro tips and tricks to organize a memorable gathering.

    Mixed interest and skill levels in your group? I can lead tutorials and demonstrations (in person or via Zoom / video link) so each station can complete their various tasks - start to finish.
